Deposit and Payment:
To secure your spot on the yoga retreat, you can either pay in full, or submit a refundable deposit of $1000.  Deposits are 100% refundable until December 1, 2023.

The complete balance for the retreat is due in full by December 1, 2023, and will not be refundable after that date.  

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests received on or before December 1, 2023, are eligible for a full refund of any monies paid to us. 

Cancellation requests received after December 1, 2023, are not eligible for a refund for any reason, regardless of whether the full payment has been made. 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation request if requested prior to December 1, 2023.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. 

Transfer Policy:
You may transfer your spot on the yoga retreat to another person with written notice to us up to 60 days before the retreat start date.  However, if you are sharing a room with someone they reserve the right to deny a transfer, and if so, we cannot refund your payment.

Transfers made within 30 days of the retreat start date will not be permitted. 

Cancellation by Us:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the yoga retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. We will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.  For this reason, we require travel insurance.   

Travel Insurance: 
We require each attendee to purchase individual travel insurance for their trip for both international retreats and domestic retreats. We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy.

You must purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage, with specific Covid-19 medical coverage and cancellation and curtailment provision which is now available from many reputable providers. We recommend purchase insurance within 1-2 weeks after making your first trip payment (ie. flight or retreat reservation) to secure the best price and best coverage.  

Additional Terms and Conditions:
By booking a spot on the yoga retreat, you acknowledge and agree to abide by any rules and guidelines set forth by the retreat organizers for the duration of the retreat.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance. We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary or accommodations if necessary, and we will notify you of any such changes as soon as possible. 

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Yoga Retreat Refund and Cancellation Policy provided above. I agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the policy. Furthermore, I understand that my spot on the yoga retreat is confirmed upon payment. In the event that I need to cancel my participation in the retreat, I understand and accept the refund and transfer policies as stated in the policy above. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for my own travel arrangements & travel insurance. I agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by the retreat organizers during the retreat.
