Assist with Confidence
Assisting is a practice that can help a student go where they may not normally go. Even if they can get in the pose on their own, with the guidance of an experienced teacher, the student feels the pose in a way they just can't feel on their own.

"Human touch is a component of health and stress reduction that is usually unappreciated. Science has shown that touch, massage, hugging, and physical acknowledgment, in general, help us release the feel-good hormones that keep us relaxed and stronger in the face of stress."

Testimonial
“I enjoyed learning some interesting new ways to adjust students that will be especially helpful with my private clients. What a pleasure to find a course that is so reasonably priced and includes useful information that you can refer back to as often as you like. Gail demonstrates many poses, so it’s nice to know that you don’t have to absorb all the adjustments the first time you watch it. She also includes written instructions that you can print out and refer to, as well. It is always a pleasure for me to learn from Gail. She is truly a gifted and creative teacher of teachers.” ~Karen J.
